the new project of Hildegard and Bas van Ostaden in the
February/March issue of Celebrator Beer News.

My first visit was in September 2011, and I returned for
a second visit-and a meal-at the new De Hoppeschuur
restaurant in December 2012. De Hoppeschuur means
"The Hop Barn," and the excellent new restaurant is
adjacent to the brewery.
